Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Food and nicotine products: For health and safety reasons, no right of withdrawal or returns apply to opened packages.

Other products: Returns are accepted within 14 days, provided the item is unused and in its original unopened packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Liability
Nordicfulfillment is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or losses arising in connection with the use of our products or services. Liability is always limited to the amount corresponding to the specific order.
