Return & Refund Policy
General
At Nordicfulfillment, we always strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. This policy explains the conditions for returns and refunds.
Products That Cannot Be Returned
For health and safety reasons, no returns or right of withdrawal apply to opened or used products, including nicotine pouches, candy, and other consumable goods.
Returns of Other Products
For non-consumable products, returns may be made within 14 days of receipt, provided that:

The product is unused,

The product is in it's unopened original packaging.

The customer covers the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once a return has been approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds are made via the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a refund, including shipping costs.
